      There are 20 videos at around 5 minutes each, plus some worksheets, spreadsheets and calculator tools. Most people work through it over a few evenings. There's no deadline — work through it at whatever pace suits you.

      Not at all. This course is designed for people who are anywhere from a few months to a couple of years out. The earlier you start, the more useful it is — because it helps you sequence everything properly.
    • Is this suitable for couples without kids?
      Yes — most of the content applies equally.
